Shipping Refund Policy – Combine Orders to Qualify for Free Shipping
If you place multiple orders on the same day and they have not yet been
shipped, you may contact our customer service team to request a combined
shipment. If the total amount of the combined orders meets the free shipping
threshold, we will refund the shipping fees for the eligible orders.
Please note: The
request must be made before your package is shipped. Orders that have
already been dispatched are not eligible for this policy.

Duties & Taxes
Once your order arrives
in the destination country, any applicable import duties and taxes must be paid
by the recipient. These fees are determined by local customs policies, which
vary by country, and we have no control over them. For questions about customs
charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
U.S. Tariff Policy
Since late
April, TTMart has adjusted its shipping strategy by absorbing increased
logistics costs to shield U.S. customers from unexpected import tariffs or
duties. As a result, all current orders ship at pre-policy prices without
additional import tax charges.
Please note: if there
are any future changes regarding tariffs, customs, or shipping processes, we
will notify customers in advance.
Currently, all U.S.
orders are being delivered normally, with no duties required from recipients.
